Sales Without a Sales Team was built from more than twenty years of international experience in hospitality, corporate housing, and business development. Across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, I have worked with hotels, serviced apartments, corporate housing providers, travel agencies, and large-scale partnerships—always with one objective: to create measurable, sustainable revenue growth in every kind of market.
My career has included leading sales and business development for branded and independent hotels across North America, overseeing corporate housing portfolios in major Canadian cities, and building market share in competitive regions where visibility and strategy matter most. I have grown portfolios from a few dozen units to hundreds, increased annual revenues from $1M to $5M, and delivered high ROI by building the right sales systems, not by relying on large teams.
This experience spans corporate housing, extended stay, hotel groups and events, insurance and film sectors, global RFP cycles, platform setups, and complex corporate partnerships. It also includes developing strategies that drove multimillion-dollar results, rebuilding sales teams, expanding markets from zero to dominant share, and managing multicultural programs across three continents.
Working in these environments showed me a consistent pattern: most hotels and accommodations know they need a sales strategy, but many do not have the staff, structure, or tools to build one. That is why Sales Without a Sales Team exists.
The program provides a complete, practical framework that teaches independent hotels and small franchises how to attract corporate clients, manage RFPs, fill extended-stay units, grow market share, and build a repeatable sales system—without needing a dedicated sales department. The content is grounded in real operations, real negotiations, and real results, shaped by decades of hands-on experience in both hospitality and corporate housing.
My goal is simple:
To give every property—no matter its size—the ability to compete confidently, generate revenue consistently, and operate with a clear, strategic sales structure.
