Sales Without a Sales Team was built on more than twenty years of international commercial experience across hospitality, corporate housing, and business development.

Throughout my career, I have worked with independent hotels, branded properties, serviced apartments, and corporate housing providers across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. My focus has always been the same: to create structured commercial systems that generate measurable, sustainable revenue growth.

I have led sales and business development initiatives across diverse markets, growing portfolios from fewer than 50 units to several hundred, increasing annual revenues from $1M to over $5M, and strengthening market positioning in highly competitive environments. This work has included supporting independent hotels, managing corporate housing portfolios in major metropolitan markets, securing global corporate partnerships, and navigating complex RFP cycles and sourcing platforms.

What I observed consistently was not a lack of opportunity, but a lack of structure.

Many independent hotels and small-franchise properties operate without a dedicated commercial framework. Sales efforts become reactive, visibility is limited, and valuable corporate and extended-stay opportunities are missed — not because the demand is absent, but because the system to capture it is not in place.

Sales Without a Sales Team was created to address this gap.

The SWAST method provides a structured commercial framework designed specifically for independent hotels and smaller operators. It focuses on improving market visibility, strengthening commercial positioning, and establishing clear, repeatable sales processes that support consistent revenue growth — without requiring a large sales team.

This approach is grounded entirely in real-world execution. It reflects decades of hands-on experience working directly with hotel operators, corporate clients, sourcing platforms, and commercial partners across multiple regions and market conditions.

The objective is simple:

To provide hotels with the structure, clarity, and commercial systems needed to compete confidently, capture more opportunities, and build sustainable revenue growth.
